Top 10 things about Mr. and Mrs. C
(aka- Beau and Kendra)
Kendra:
1.) Follower of Jesus Christ, 'HE paid it all- and all to HIM I owe'. He has changed my life and I couldn't be more thankful for his grace and mercy.
2.) A newlywed as of November 5, 2011 to the love of my life. God sure knew what he was doing when he brought Beau into my life, we're like two puzzle pieces that just fit together better than I could have ever imagined.
3.) I'm currently in my Senior (okay, Super Senior) year at Iowa State University majoring in Elementary Education, specializing in Reading/English Language Arts! I student teach in the fall of 2012 and then it's back to elementary school. ;)
4.) I enjoy gyming (at the gym of course), blogging, cuddling with my man, "Pinteresting", and movie watching in any 'free time' I have.
5.) I can't cook, hate cleaning, supposedly hog the bed, and have a passion for bringing my kids home from Africa some day. (that's code for adoption, and hopefully sooner than later!)
Beau:
1.) Follower of Christ and leader of our home. The most patient, forgiving, gracious, encouraging, unconditionally-loving person I've ever met.
2.) Graduated ISU in 2010 in Finance, and thank goodness for it! I hate math, numbers, money, you name it. God knew had a silly ironic way of putting Beau in my life. :) He's currently working two jobs as a financial representative as well as a receiving employee for five years at the place we met: Menards.
3.) All about weight lifting, WRESTLING, budgeting, golfing, (Iowa Hawkeye) WRESTLING, hogging the covers, and eating.
4.) Super handsome, smokin-hot, blonde hair, blue or green eyes depending on the day. ;)
5.) Equally passionate desire for adoption, because we have both experienced being adopted into God's family through His sacrifice on the cross to become his sons and daughters- and can't wait to follow Him in that as well with his children all over this world he holds in His hands.
